50 YEARS OF 3ON3 Basketball!
The Gus Macker 3on3 Basketball Tournament will be celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2024. This basketball tournament brings together the community in a festival atmosphere to participate in friendly and fun competition amongst neighbors. All ages and skill levels are encouraged to sign up and bring along their fans for this tournament where lasting memories are made!
The event currently travels around the country partnering with local community groups to host this 3on3 basketball tournament. The Gus Macker is a half-court pickup game which attracts people from 8-88 years old. In 2024, the Macker hoop festival will visit around 30 cities across the country. Not since June of 2019 has the Macker been in the Twin Cities.
